Job Description

As a Product Manager at our company, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of product managers and collaborate closely with various departments such as engineering, legal, compliance, operations, and customer support to deliver high-impact products. Your role will involve managing relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure that product features are aligned with market needs and can be successfully brought to market.

You will be responsible for ensuring timely execution of product initiatives by managing scope, timelines, and resources effectively. Leveraging customer insights, market research, and data analytics will be key in driving product decisions and prioritizing features that deliver maximum value to customers. Additionally, maintaining a strong focus on security and compliance is crucial to protect sensitive financial data and ensure that our products meet regulatory requirements.
Defining and tracking key performance indicators related to product success, such as transaction volume, fraud rates, and customer satisfaction, will be part of your responsibilities. Using data to drive product decisions and identifying opportunities for optimization and performance improvement will be essential in your role. Regularly reporting product performance to senior leadership and providing data-driven recommendations for optimization will also be expected from you.

In terms of leadership and team development, you will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers. Collaborating across teams to ensure the successful execution of the product strategy and fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment will be crucial. Driving best practices in product management, sharing knowledge, and ensuring the team operates efficiently and effectively will also be part of your role.
To excel in this position, you should have proven leadership skills in leading product teams and cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Expertise in using data analytics, A/B testing, and KPIs to inform product decisions and optimize performance is essential. Additionally, the ability to think strategically about the long-term direction of the product while delivering on short-term goals, a strong focus on building products that meet customer needs, excellent communication skills, and a relevant educational background such as a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (an MBA or advanced degree is a plus) are required.,
