Role Overview :
As a Business Development Specialist, you will help drive customer acquisition in new markets, pioneer financial products for businesses and, develop a growth strategy. The position will require a strong sales background, problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, persistence, and an interest in engaging with new business customers.
Your Core Responsibilities :
- Drive Revenue : Lead outbound and inbound sales efforts to acquire new accounts and drive revenue growth, focusing specifically on the US market.
- Account Strategy : Develop and execute strategic account plans, including qualifying prospects, mapping decision-makers, and delivering high-impact product presentations.
- Build Partnerships : Identify a client's business goals, uncover their financial roadblocks, and establish long-term, strategic partnerships.
- Prospecting : Actively hunt for potential clients using direct sales methods, professional networking, and deep industry research.
- Relationship Management : Act as the primary point of contact for accounts, managing complex queries and guiding them smoothly through our financial product offerings.
Desired Candidate Requirements :
- Experience : 3 - 6 years of solid, proven experience in a direct B2B sales role.

- Domain Preference : Prior experience selling SaaS (Software as a Service) products, Supply Chain Finance, international logistics, or export-related services is highly preferred.
- Mindset : A highly motivated self-starter who takes complete ownership of their pipeline and has a track record of hitting targets.
- Skills : Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with a proven ability to pitch to key decision-makers in small, medium, and large enterprises.
- Flexibility : Must be fully comfortable working an Individual Contributor role on a permanent night shift to align with US business hours.
Schedule : Monday to Friday (Saturdays & Sundays are off)
Shift Timings : US Shift (6 : 00 PM to 3 : 00 AM)
Location : Andheri East, Mumbai
