Job Overview:
They are looking for a strategic, high-energy Sales & Marketing Manager to join their growth team at a leading digital payments and financial technology company. In this role, you won't just be marketing a product; you will be architecting a high-revenue ecosystem around it.
The ideal candidate understands that in the digital ecosystem, the "core" product is just the beginning. They are specifically seeking a dynamic professional with a strong Media or Agency background (Highly Preferred), though candidates with a solid pedigree in Fintech, Payments, or Banking are also highly welcome to apply. The core focus of this role is product marketing, driving alternative monetisation through advertising/revenue generation, and building powerful partnership marketing channels to maximise merchant value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Marketing & Advertising Monetization: Act as the bridge between Product and Sales to translate technical features into marketable business benefits. Build out ancillary marketing strategies that drive alternative revenue streams, specifically leveraging advertising space, sponsored merchant real estate, and value-added services (VAS).
- Sales Enablement: Create high-impact collateral, pitch decks, and case studies that help our sales team articulate a holistic ecosystem and media monetization value proposition rather than just standard transaction rates.
- Lead Generation: Design and manage targeted B2B growth campaigns to attract high-volume merchants, focusing on the pain points and media-reach opportunities of the modern digital economy.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve on digital media trends, advertising tech, open banking, and competitor movements within the payment gateway (PG) and merchant acquiring space.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Marketing, Product Marketing, or Growth.

- Also Acceptable: Background in Fintech, Payment Gateways, Merchant Acquiring, or the Banking/BFSI sector.
- Monetization & Partnership Expertise: Proven track record of successfully driving brand revenue through advertising networks, digital media properties, partnership marketing, or add-on ecosystem services.
- Technical & Data Literacy: You don't need to code, but you must understand APIs, webhooks, conversion funnels, and merchant processing volumes well enough to identify upsell and ad-targeting opportunities.
- Exceptional Communication: Top-tier storytelling and presentation skills-the ability to take a complex financial or media flow and turn it into a compelling "why us" narrative for merchant partners, CFOs, and CMOs.
