Training And Development

Conduct training programs for bank staff to enhance their knowledge of life insurance products.
Provide ongoing support and coaching to bank personnel to improve sales effectiveness.

Market Analysis

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Utilize market insights to identify new opportunities for growth in the bancassurance channel.

Compliance And Documentation

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all bancassurance-related activities.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelors degree in any discipline
1-2 Years experience in in BFSI
Age - Max 38 Years
Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
