Talent Acquisition Executive

Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top candidates for various roles across industries. You will play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients, ensuring the best-fit candidates are matched with their hiring needs. As part of our recruitment team, you will work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements and source quality talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating job offers.

  Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to build a strong candidate pipeline.

  Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide timely, high-quality candidates.

  Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial phone screenings, video interviews, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

  Job Posting & Advertisement: Write and post engaging job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract high-quality candidates.

  Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
