Role Overview
The COO will oversee the companys operations, ensuring seamless execution of business strategies, optimizing processes, and driving growth. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader in healthcare, telemedicine, or technology-driven businesses, with a strong ability to scale operations and enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational strategies to scale Endorize s AI-driven telemedicine platform.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency in product development, technology integration, and service delivery.
Work closely with the CEO & Founder to drive company vision, financial goals, and expansion strategies.
Lead cross-functional teams including technology, product, marketing, and customer support to improve service offerings.
Manage strategic partnerships, vendor relationships, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Optimize patient onboarding, engagement, and retention through operational excellence.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive improvements.
Support fundraising efforts, investor relations, and business development initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
10+ years of experience in operations, business management, or strategy, preferably in healthcare, telemedicine, or AI-driven platforms.

Proven track record of scaling businesses and managing large teams.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, digital health technologies, and AI applications in medicine.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment with a hands-on approach.
