Full Stack Dev - Senior Software Consultant (7 + years)
Purpose of the Job
As an Associate Principal Consultant (Tech) with over 10+ years of experience, you will lead and manage full-stack technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions within budget constraints. Your role will involve recruiting, training, and empowering team members, implementing agile development methodologies, CI/CD practices, and secure software implementation strategies.
Responsibilities
- Team Management and Leadership: Recruit, train, and empower team members to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Agile Development: Drive and implement agile development methodologies to enhance project execution efficiency.
- CI/CD Practices: Implement and optimize Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment practices.
- Secure Software Implementation: Lead the development and implementation of robust security strategies within the software development lifecycle.
- Modern Development Practices: Utilize cloud-based Microservices architecture to design scalable solutions.
- Project Management: Oversee projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and high-quality standards.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality assurance processes for reliable software solutions.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify technical challenges and propose innovative solutions.

Qualifications required:
