The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who can play a pivotal role in defining and executing product strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring delivery of high-quality software solutions. This position requires strong strategic thinking and leadership skills to lead the product management team.
You will be working with our creative and collaborative team, where your technical acumen and advice on the organizations’ product portfolio will be highly appreciated. You’ll also help ensure successful execution of the product roadmap and achievement of business objectives.
Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate clear product strategy and vision aligned both with the company’s business objectives and market trends.
• Identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
• Develop comprehensive product roadmap considering client needs and competition analysis.
• Collaborate with the engineering and other functions to ensure successful delivery of features and updates on schedule.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new product releases.
  
• Conduct regular market research to stay abreast of emerging technologies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensure optimal resource allocation and ROI on product development initiatives.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices within the team.
• Nurture a customer-centric approach in product designing, functionality, and user experience.
  

Required Skills

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems or the equivalent combination of education; MBA is a plus.
• Min 5 years of experience in product management, preferably SAAS products.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
