Role Overview

• We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team.
• Youll be responsible for producing engaging visual content that communicates Supersourcings brand and values across digital platforms from social media creatives to website assets, pitch decks, and more.
• 
  This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about design, curious about startups, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to design high-quality visuals
• Create social media graphics, Infographics, blog illustrations, website banners, email creatives, pitch deck design, logo design, printing collaterals design (Visitng Cards etc), event collaterals design (event banners, lanyards etc) and social media ads
• Support branding efforts by maintaining visual consistency across channels
• Edit and adapt templates, icons, logos, illustrations and presentations
• Assist in designing decks for internal and external communications
• Work closely with senior designers and copywriters for creative brainstorming and execution
• Stay updated with design trends, especially in SaaS, tech, and B2B sectors

Get Hired
• 1-2 year of experience as a graphic designer
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign,) Coral draw, Canva, Figma, AI for design
• Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and branding
• A well-rounded design portfolio showcasing creativity and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and the ability to handle feedback is must
• Ability to manage time and multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Bonus (Good to Have)
• Experience with motion graphics (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
• Understanding of B2B marketing or startup branding
• Basic knowledge of Webflow, Invideo, veed.io, google sheet,
  

google slides, ms office for design integration

• Exposure to tools like Notion, Trello, basechamp or Slack
