About The Role
Were looking for a talented SEO Content Writer to join our team in Indore. In this role, you will create high-quality, SEO-optimized content that drives organic traffic and leads. Youll be responsible for writing blogs and landing pages that resonate with key decision-makers like TA leaders, CTOs, founders, and CHROs. Working closely with the SEO team, youll help ensure our content ranks well on search engines and supports our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
SEO-Optimized Content Creation

• Write 45 high-quality, SEO-friendly blogs per day across IT Staffing, IT Services, RPO, and GCC verticals.
• Use tools like GA4, SEMrush, SEOSurfer, and AI assistants to optimize for search visibility.
• Conduct keyword research to target long-tail and high-intent phrases.

• Implement SEO best practices (on-page SEO, internal linking, Alt texts, Meta Tags, etc).
• Ensure all content meets Googles EEAT standards (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness).
  

High-Converting Landing Pages

• Partner with SEO/growth teams to build compelling landing pages with strong CTAs.
  

Optimize content for keywords like App Development Services and Hire Python Developers (targeting USA, UAE and India).

• Refine titles, meta descriptions, CTAs, and in-page elements to maximize conversions.
• Incorporate case studies and testimonials to boost credibility.
• Analyse search intent and competitor pages to sharpen your messaging.
  

AI-Assisted Content Strategy

• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Prompt Expert to speed up ideation and first drafts.
• Maintain a clear, credible, and human-led editorial tone.
• Apply GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) techniques to rank in AI-powered and voice-driven search platforms.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

• Track content performance with GA4 and SEMrush.
• Monitor keyword rankings for blogs and landing pages.
• Update and refresh content based on data to boost visibility and traffic.
• Share insights with the team to refine overall SEO strategy.
  

Qualifications

• 24 years of experience in SEO content writing, preferably in the B2B tech and IT staffing space.
• Bachelors Degree is Required.
• Good Communication and Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Deep understanding of Content Writing (Technical), Marketing and Branding
• Ability to humanize AI-assisted content without triggering SEO penalties.
• Collaborative spiritable to work closely with the SEO, Sales, and Marketing team.
