Role Description

This is an on-site, six-month internship role in Human Resources, based in Pune, Maharashtra. The selected intern will assist in HR-related activities including developing and implementing HR policies, managing personnel records, handling employee benefits, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department. This role will provide practical exposure and hands-on experience in HR management, contributing to the overall functioning of the companys workforce initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• 
  Candidate sourcing, screening and shortlisting
• To conduct online interviews
• To manage day to day HR operational activities and documentation
• To work in close with other departments to work alignment
• To conduct research to optimize on HR policies
• To conduct induction process for new candidates
• Work on head hunting for top management team
• Work with client to handle their recruitment requirements
• Work on partnership and collaborations as part of HR function expansion
