Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAFe SPC Trainer / Enterprise Agile Transformation Consultant for a corporate training engagement with a leading technology organization.
Requirement Details:
Advanced SAFe / SPC-level engagement
Virtual delivery
EST time zone support required
Strong enterprise Agile transformation exposure preferred
Preferred Profile:
SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certified
Deep expertise in SAFe framework implementation and scaled Agile practices
Experience in Agile Release Trains (ART), PI Planning, Lean Portfolio Management, DevOps integration, and enterprise transformation initiatives
Prior experience conducting advanced SAFe workshops for engineering, delivery, or leadership teams
Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
