Job Title: Field Collection Officer

We are hiring experienced professionals with a strong background in NBFC and Banking Collections for our Bangalore location.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in collections
• Strong experience in NPA Recovery & High Bucket Collections (90+ DPD)
• Expertise in portfolio management including 2W, CV, Gold Loans, and other secured products
• Experience in handling Field Teams (FOS) and external collection agencies
  
• Strong knowledge of skip tracing and delinquency reduction strategies
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and team management skills

• Manage the complete collections and recovery lifecycle
• Drive recovery performance and achieve collection targets
• Monitor delinquent accounts and implement recovery strategies
• Handle agency management, escalations, and field operations
