About The Role
Were looking for a Product Marketing Intern who understands how to drive user engagement and retention using CRM tools. Youll work closely with the product and growth team to improve user activation, engagement, and lifecycle journeys.
This is a hands-on role, not just strategy youll be executing campaigns, analyzing data, and improving funnels.
Key Responsibilities
Were looking for a Product Marketing Intern who understands how to drive user engagement and retention using CRM tools. Youll work closely with the product and growth team to improve user activation, engagement, and lifecycle journeys.
This is a hands-on role, not just strategy youll be executing campaigns, analyzing data, and improving funnels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute user engagement campaigns (push, WhatsApp, email, in-app)
- Create and manage user journeys & automation flows
- Work on user segmentation (new users, active, churned, etc.)
- Improve activation, retention, and re-engagement funnels
- Run A/B experiments on messaging, timing, and channels
- Analyze campaign performance and share insights with the team
- Collaborate with product team to improve user experience & conversions
- Experience working with at least one CRM tool: CleverTap / MoEngage / WebEngage (must-have)
- Basic understanding of user lifecycle & retention metrics
- Strong analytical thinking (comfortable with data & dashboards)
- Good communication & copywriting skills (for notifications/messages)
- Ability to take ownership and execute independently
- Experience in EdTech / Consumer apps
- Familiarity with funnels, cohorts, retention curves
- Understanding of growth loops & gamification
- Basic knowledge of tools like Google Analytics / Firebase
