osition : - Team Lead – Structure Design (Solar)

Location : - Gurugram

Education : - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Experience : - 7+ Years of experience in Solar industry/EPC/Structure Supplier only.

Requirement: -

1. Experience of working as Civil Design Engineer, Solar Mounting Structure Engineer or Solar System Design Engineer or Similar role.
   
2. Knowledge of Tracker + Fixed Tilt system structure design and tracker products.
3. Proficient in using design software like STAAD and AutoCad, Solidwork, L-Pile etc.
4. Understanding of IS codes as well as other international codes for civil and structural designs.
5. Expertise in designing of ground mounted structures and foundations.
6. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficient in both verbal and written communication in English for business purposes.
8. Willingness to travel to different locations & project sites as needed.

• Responsible for the designing of ground-mounted structures and foundations

• Generate design drawings, calculation reports, BOQ etc., as per IS code and other global building codes.

• Coordinate with Clients for technical discussions, documents etc.

• Provide complete technical support to the Global BD Team.

• Design and develop civil engineering solutions for solar tracker projects.

• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and prepare detailed engineering reports.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical and electrical engineers, project managers, and external suppliers.

• Prepare and review engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

• Provide technical support and guidance during installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.

• Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and best practices.
