Hiring: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join our growing team.

Candidates with experience in the Retail or Fashion industry will be highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV modules.
• Work on Finance & Operations-related functionalities including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Inventory & Procurement
• Financial Reporting
• Support retail business processes including inventory movement, warehouse operations, sales, procurement, and store operations.
• Conduct functional testing, UAT support, and documentation.
• Provide user training and functional support.
• Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV.
• Good understanding of Finance & Accounting processes.
• Experience in ERP functional consulting and implementation/support activities.
• Knowledge of Financial modules, workflows, and reporting.
• Retail or Fashion industry domain experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Experience in end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
• Exposure to integrations and third-party applications.
• Knowledge of business process optimization and automation.
• Understanding of retail operations, merchandising, inventory, and supply chain processes.
