Job Brief

We're looking for an organized and driven US Accountant to join our growing team at our company. The US Accountant position will work closely with our US & Canadian clients in terms of Accounting, Taxation, and Audit and handle day-to-day bookkeeping. We're an energetic company and are looking for a passionate individual to join our organization and revitalize our record keeping and bring more organization to our day-to-day financials

Location: Ahmedabad, Indore, Jaipur, Rajkot, Vadodara, Kochi, Coimbatore, Nashik, Nagpur, Lucknow, Raipur, Ranchi, Chandigarh
Experience: 1+ Years
Qualification: CA, Inter CA, CMA, Inter- CMA, ACCA, CPA, EA,

M.com & MBA Finance.
Work Shift:

3:30 PM - 1:00 AM (Monday - Friday) - Male

5:00 PM - 2:30 AM (Monday - Friday) - Male

2:30 PM - 12:00 AM (Monday - Friday) - Female
Working Days: 5 Days(Mon Fri)

• Prepare Financial Statements and Tax returns


• Complete time-sheet daily


• Ensure clients consistently receive service excellence in line with our service standards


• Develop an in-depth knowledge of all clients financial situations


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant taxation and other relevant legislation and rulings.


• Participate in external and internal training as required

  Maintain current and accurate files and record and date any actions and detailed file notes


• Use available resources to seek answers to technical questions prior to consulting manager
  

Job Requirements:

• 0-1+ years of accounting experience with small/medium businesses


• Proven experience in bookkeeping, finalization of statements and tax return preparation


• Conversant with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Preferred


• Experience using cloud accounting solutions including QB, Xero, Sage, and Accounting CS, MYOB.


• Knowledge of US Accounting and Taxation process
