US Accounting/US Taxation

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping:
  

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting principles.

• Tax Compliance:
  

Assist in the preparation of federal and state income tax returns.
Ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations, staying informed about changes in tax codes.

• Financial Analysis:
  

Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for management review.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making.

• Audit Support:
  

Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation.
Assist in the implementation of audit recommendations to improve internal controls.

• Client Communication:
  

Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and clarify queries.
Provide professional and timely responses to client inquiries related to accounting and taxation matters.

• Compliance Monitoring:
  

Monitor changes in accounting and tax regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting processes.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Pursuing Chartered Accountant (CA).
