Role Description

The Question Development Intern will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and quality-checking questions for mock tests tailored to competitive exams. Key tasks include question formulation, ensuring syllabus alignment, analyzing test trends, and collaborating with the team to enhance content quality. This is a full-time on-site role based in Kanpur.
Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for creating logical, accurate, and well-structured exam questions.
• Effective Communication skills for presenting ideas clearly and collaborating with team members.

  Get Hired
  Basic Programming and Software Development knowledge for handling mock test platforms and related tools.
• Experience or interest in Sales to help promote mock tests and institutional services is a plus.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to ensure accuracy and adherence to exam guidelines.
• Bachelors degree or ongoing undergraduate studies in a relevant field.
• Interest in education and competitive exams is highly desirable.
