What Youll Do:

This is not your typical HR role. You will be at the intersection of talent, operations, and culture.

1.Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• 
  Manage end-to-end hiring coordinationsourcing, scheduling, follow-ups
• Run screening interviews and build the first level of candidate rapport
• Partner with hiring managers to streamline JD creation and evaluation rubrics
• Own onboarding: from offer letters to Day 1 readiness

2.People Ops & Culture

• Be the point person for team building
• Maintain employee records, leave tracking, and documentation
• Help implement light-weight, high-trust policies that support performance and wellness
• Support internal communications and pulse checks

3.Workplace Experience & Operations

• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of our Pune office
• Liaise with vendors for facility management, connectivity, and supplies
• Organize travel and in-office logistics for remote team visits and events

• Have 2+ years of experience in HR, operations, or startup coordination roles
• Are ultra-organized, proactive, and excellent at follow-ups
• Communicate with empathy and clarity

• Have a strong sense of ownership and are comfortable working in ambiguity
