The Head of Human Resources will oversee all HR operations, including the development and implementation of HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and leading HR management strategies. The role also involves workforce planning, talent acquisition, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida, where the candidate will play a critical role in aligning HR functions with the companys strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to oversee comprehensive HR operations
• Strong understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance with regulations
• Proficiency in creating, implementing, and managing HR Policies
• Experience in Employee Relations to foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment

• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
• Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are a plus
• Proven track record of driving HR initiatives in a manufacturing or industrial setup will be advantageous
