Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Industrial Sales Manager at Envirotech Systems Limited. The Industrial Sales Manager will be responsible for market planning, account management, sales initiatives, customer service, and sales management. The role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

JD of Sales Manager-Industrial

Key Responsibilities:

o To expand the customer base within the industrial sector and OEM business.

o Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting key industrial customers & OEMs.

o Understand client needs, offer technical solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

o Act as the main point of contact for all sales-related activities, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.

o Achieve sales targets and business growth yearly

o Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.

o Work closely with the technical, operations, and service teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to clients.

o Manage relationships with OEM customers and identify opportunities for product integration into their offerings.

o Work on customizing solutions for OEMs and support them in product selection and development.

o Track industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market curve.

o Provide actionable insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams to help in product improvement.

Qualifications

  • Market Planning, Sales, Customer Service, and Sales Management skills

  • Experience in account management and developing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets and objectives
  • Knowledge of industrial products and solutions is a plus
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field MBA.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: up to 10 LPA
