Job Description
- As a Sales Manager in the Fire-Rated Doors industry, specifically focusing on Wooden Fire Doors, Halspan Doors, and Glazed Fire Doors, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities. Your key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, and developers. You will be expected to generate leads, prepare proposals, and conduct product presentations.
Market research and strategy play a crucial role in your position. You will need to analyze market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies. Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, as well as recommending pricing structures and discounts based on market conditions, will be part of your responsibilities.
Client engagement and account management are integral aspects of this role. You will collaborate closely with builders, MEP consultants, fire safety officers, and interior designers. Negotiating contracts, closing deals, and ensuring smooth order execution are essential tasks. Maintaining strong customer relationships to drive repeat business is also a key focus.
Having a sound technical and product knowledge is vital. Understanding and explaining the features of Halspan fire doors, glazed fire doors, and certified wooden fire doors is necessary. Advising clients on fire ratings, STC ratings, and compliance with industry standards is part of your expertise. You will coordinate with technical teams for installation and site requirements.

Collaboration with internal teams is essential for successful project delivery. You will work closely with design, production, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery. Coordinating with marketing to develop promotional materials and providing feedback to R&D for product improvements based on customer inputs are also part of your role.
Maintaining CRM records, generating sales reports, and providing forecasts are essential for tracking progress and meeting targets. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of fire-rated doors, architectural products, or building materials. Technical knowledge of fire door certifications, acoustic and fire-rated performance of doors, as well as skills in sales, negotiation, reading architectural drawings, and communication are crucial. Preferred experience with Halspan Doors, Glazed Fire Doors, and Wooden Fire Doors is an added advantage.,
