Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive located in Bengaluru. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for handling the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires. Daily tasks will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining recruitment documentation. Additionally, the role involves improving employer branding and collaborating with department heads to fulfill IT recruitment needs.
