Job Description

As a Marketing Manager at EON Elevators in Bangalore, you will be responsible for leading strategic marketing efforts to enhance the company's brand presence, drive lead generation, and ensure consistent market visibility. With a minimum of 8 years of experience, including at least 4 years in the Elevator industry, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing both outdoor and digital marketing campaigns.

Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing outdoor marketing initiatives such as hoardings, site branding, and print materials. You will also lead digital marketing efforts by managing social media channels, SEO strategies, PPC advertising, and email campaigns. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will align marketing plans to enhance business leads and client conversions.
In addition, you will be involved in vendor negotiations, agency coordination, and ensuring timely execution of all marketing activities. Your role will also encompass coordinating the company's participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches. By conducting market and competitor analysis, you will leverage insights to drive effective marketing strategies.

To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field. Your hands-on experience in both Outdoor and Digital Marketing will be essential, along with strong communication, creativity, and project management skills. Analytical abilities are key to measuring and enhancing campaign ROI, while prior experience in pan-city branding and B2B marketing will be advantageous.
