Our Haleon Global Capability Centre (GCC), located in Bengaluru, India is rapidly expanding with exciting new positions being created in multiple functions.

You’ll be part of the Global Financial Services team and primarily focused on managing and optimising reporting and data processes across the organisation. You will identify a vision, and prioritise objectives that support our Haleon finance function on our journey to World Class.

Global Financial Services (GFS) is a high professional, high performing Global team, enabling the key commercial finance functions that allows Haleon to improve everyday heath for billions of people, through strong partnership across the business.
As an FMCG business, Haleon operates in a highly dynamic environment and our activities, at the heart of the global supply chain, are fundamental to getting ahead of our competitors as we react quickly to market opportunities and support strategic business change.
This role provides support with operational finance business partnering in all aspects of actuals, budgeting and forecasting together with quality financial control and reporting. Responsible for financial control over the 3rd party Business Process Outsource provider.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• 
  Provide support with global financial reporting processes for Global Finance Services related to all aspects of actuals, budgeting and forecasting including non-people spend ownership, ensuring quality reporting, insights and financial control
• Preparation of journals and intercompany cross charges
• Support preparation of financial analysis and reporting
• Provide support with external benchmarking exercises
• Responsible to ensure integrated and aligned financial charging for 3rd party outsource provider costs
• Support preparation of presentations and variance commentary required for finance reviews with Leadership Team
  

Basic qualifications & skills:

• Minimum 5 years of similar experience (finance controlling, financial reporting, budgeting, finance business partnering)
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting
• IT Skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• SAP knowledge
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
