Management Consultant With Medicine Degree Or Healthcare Experience - Associate

Our client an independent Healthcare authority in a GCC country, to protect and promote health, led by health practitioners who serve the community efficiently and humanely, is currently seeking management consultants on a freelance or permanent basis, who are ready to travel for consulting projects in the Middle East.

The project includes the development of a strategy, an operating model, and a new governance system. The ideal candidate must either be an MD with a management consulting background or a management consultant who possesses extensive experience in healthcare projects.

Level: Associate

Start date: As soon as possible.

Work model: Hybrid - 50% to 70% onsite / The rest remote

Qualifications:

• 4 - 6 years of experience in management consulting;
• Degree in Medicine and/or extensive healthcare experience.
• Ability to regularly travel to the Middle East (accommodation and transportation costs are fully covered);
• Solid management consulting toolkit skills (slide creation, data analysis & problem solving)

• Participate in consulting project delivery;
• Build relationships with the client;
• Develop and deliver client presentations;
• Collect, analyze, and assess data from various sources;
• Manage relationships with diverse client stakeholders;
• Provide ad-hoc project support activities.
