Job Description
- Lead the development and management of the product roadmap and vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs
- Oversee settlement and ADP-related product requirements, ensuring effective end-to-end implementation and delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within an Agile environment to drive project execution and support team objectives
- Serve as the point of accountability for product decisions and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders to drive product development discussions, provide updates, and address concerns
- Apply in-depth knowledge of finance markets to inform decision-making and enhance product offerings
- Utilize tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, and Alteryx for MIS, analysis, and reporting to support data-driven decisions
- Guide the team toward achieving operational excellence through self-motivation and proactive ownership of responsibilities and tasks
- Leverage past experience in business analysis to contribute insights to strategic planning and process improvements

- 10+ years of experience in product management, including exposure to settlements and ADP
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and proven capability to lead projects in an Agile operating model
- Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools like MS Excel, Power BI, and Alteryx
- Familiarity with the finance market and financial industry operations
- Background in roles with financial industries or relevant non-IT industries with a focus on compliance or settlement functions
- Showcase of strong communication skills with a confident approach to engaging with senior stakeholders and leadership
- Understanding of business analysis processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and take full ownership of tasks and deliverables
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English (B2 level or higher)
