Senior BI Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions using MicroStrategy and Power BI, designed to address healthcare analytics use cases

• Design and implement sophisticated dashboards and intuitive reports that provide actionable insights into clinical and operational performance
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring BI solutions align with healthcare business needs and regulatory standards
• Analyze complex healthcare datasets to deliver clear, impactful visualizations and insights
• Optimize BI systems for performance scalability, regulatory adherence and seamless integration across healthcare applications
• Leverage expertise with Microsoft Fabric to implement CI/CD pipelines and collaborate using Figma to ensure exceptional UI/UX for BI deliverables
  
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence development with a demonstrated focus on healthcare and life sciences
