Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of the FP&A team, supporting financial planning and analysis for a large, global organization.

What you will do: You'll develop financial models, conduct variance analysis, and support the annual budgeting process.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and maintain complex financial models.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into performance drivers.
• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.
  
• Collaborate with various business units to gather data and insights.
• Continuously improve financial planning and analysis processes.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or CA with 3-5 years of experience in FP&A.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
