Job Description
- As a highly skilled Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of intuitive and user-friendly experiences to enhance usability and promote design excellence throughout the product lifecycle. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting research with users and stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements
- Defining task-driven workflows using information and process models
- Developing wireframes and prototypes to illustrate design solutions
- Planning usability testing sessions and producing detailed reports on findings
- Identifying and documenting usability issues, refining designs to resolve them effectively
- Working alongside product managers, visual designers, and developers to ensure cohesive experiences
- Balancing design priorities with developmental and business considerations, advocating for the user
- Communicating and defending design decisions based on recognized standards and best practices
- Producing UX deliverables including user journey maps, personas, and user flow diagrams
Qualifications required for this role:
- 5-9 years of experience in the UX field
- Expertise in processes spanning user research, design, prototyping, and usability testing
- Proficiency in wireframing, interaction design, prototyping, and information architecture
- Strong knowledge of usability testing and heuristic evaluation methods, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches
- Background in agile development teams with demonstrated efficiency

- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions and detailed case studies
- Advanced skills in creating deliverables like user flow diagrams, personas, and task models
- Self-motivated with the capability to manage multiple priorities independently under tight deadlines
Additional Details of the Company:
- Company is looking for candidates with a background in advanced education related to UX, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or Human Factors
- Familiarity with UX or usability projects conducted internationally and across various cultures is a plus
- Experience working with established UX teams or partnering with reputable experts in the industry is desirable
- Understanding of structured workshops or training programs focused on UX or HCI to support self-learning would be beneficial,
