Job Description
- The Collections Analyst position at Epiq Collections involves working in a shared services environment with the responsibility of researching, analyzing, and collecting overdue accounts. As a Collections Analyst, you will collaborate closely with internal and external business partners to achieve assigned goals in a dynamic business setting. Your role will include aiding in the development, execution, and enhancement of policies and procedures while also streamlining existing collection processes. The ideal candidate will possess a customer-centric approach, creativity, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on delivering timely and high-quality results across multiple ongoing initiatives. This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the timely collection of invoices and conduct regular follow-ups on assigned accounts while maintaining professionalism in all communications.
- Collaborate with sales and client services teams to manage client accounts effectively and provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in creating collections process documentation as required.
- Generate specialized custom reports tailored to specific clients on a monthly or ad hoc basis.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a business-to-business collections environment, particularly with US accounts.
- Proficiency in understanding currencies, date formats, dollar amounts, and communication preferences for US-based interactions.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make international phone calls.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to analyze business processes.
- Positive attitude, customer-focused mindset, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and adapt to stressful situations.

- Critical and analytical thinking skills to effectively address client issues and determine appropriate internal escalations.
- Capacity to research and review Epiq contracts, statements of work, and quotes to identify liable parties.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-demand environment.
Special Requirements:
- Workweek consists of 45 hours with additional hours as needed to meet business demands.
