To assist the Site Manager in managing the assigned crews to provide effective preventative.
maintenance, Breakdown repair, backlog reduction & continuous improvement projects.
Resulting in solid equipment availability and reliability monitor & update planning &
recording regimes to maximize component lives using condition monitoring and industry.

Responsibilities

• Safety Health & Environment
• Maintain a culture of Safety and Health above all else along with a strong
  

environmental responsibility SHE.

• Responsible for the 5’s program
• Promote the take SHE reports.
• Enforce work/shop area housekeeping
• Minimize the oil leaks/spills within the shop and operational area ensuring proper
  

measures to avoid environmental contamination.

• Follow and enforce all HSE rules and procedures from EMIL and customer
• Planning & Budgeting
  

Review monthly forecasts and plans so alignment with understanding can be maintained.
Manage equipment maintenance plans and supply follow up with review for non-conformance to plan with reasons and actions for misalignment to be rectified.
Ensuring any component that does not reach target has non-conformance details compiled.
Generates and Sign the Work Order as proof that a task/job was properly supervised.

Qualification, Skills and Experience:

• Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience & must have handled a team of at least fifteen
  

trade people.

• SAP user experienced.
• Training in SL1 and SL2 level.
• Exposure to working in a large contract Environment.
• Demonstrable understanding of equipment costs and operating influences on costs.
• Exposure to reliability engineering.
• Knowledge of CAPEX, OPEX, Contract Management.
