• Administration of the c-form approval process, which coordinates finance and executive approval for capital and other IT related expenses.
• Receiving c-form requests from across the company. Working with expense owner to ensure forms are filled out accurately and in compliance with c-form policy.
• Partnering with appropriate finance leads to ensure requests are within budget.
• Routing requests for approval through c-form tool and tracking approval progress.
• Communicating approval status to relevant parties and working with accounting to ensure proper job codes are created once c-forms are approved.
• Maintain an up-to-date tracker showing all pending and approved c-forms.
• Timesheet reporting and capital labor tracking
• Monitor timesheet submissions against capital labor c-forms.
• Produce variance reports to alert US finance to changes in trends or anomalies impacting time reporting.
• Assist with updating of Employee coding and open req reports.
• Work with US and India finance teams to help ensure proper cost center coding is applied to product engineering resources.
• Assist team with quarterly assessment of value streams and track changes where appropriate.

• Working with finance and recruiting teams (Us and India) to assist with updating biweekly open req report.
• Updating various ad hoc schedules
• AWS trend file
• Azure trend file Drive key financial reporting, analysis and timely reporting.
• Work closely with US stake holders to create financial plans and track progress as the accounts against the budget/forecasts.
• Support business team in pursuit of KPIs through in-depth analysis and sharing of financial knowledge.
• Support the enhancement and compliance of finance processes, standards and systems.
• Sourcing, analyzing, and reporting quantitative data, perform ad hoc analyses.
• Analyzing trends, formulating projections, and evaluating savings initiatives.
• Effective relationship management with Finance team and all key stakeholders.
• Educating, communicating, and supporting with local business leadership.
• Assist finance related presentations for Senior Management.
• Financial modelling and analysis as needed.
• Become familiar with US business and financial processes.

Qualifications

• Cost and Works Accountant/Chartered Accountant, Master of Commerce or MBA Finance
• Prior experience in an MNC work culture preferable

What You’ll Need

• Must have 8+ years of experience in the same field.
• Prior Budgeting and Forecasting experience as part of a global team.
• International experience working with multiple time zones and cultures preferred
• Ability to influence at senior business levels.
• Strong relationship building, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to bring innovation to challenges and to overcome problems and obstacles as they arise as well as take action and produce desired outcomes with limited direction.
• Prior Experience on Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Planning, Global Operations, Team Management.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
