Job Description

As a Senior Financial Advisor at Equisense Research, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and revenue growth by effectively engaging with clients, understanding their investment needs, and promoting the services offered by the company. This role is tailored for experienced candidates, and the salary package is commensurate with your experience level.
Your key duties will include identifying and approaching potential clients, delivering presentations on services, developing strong client relationships by offering personalized advice, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. It will be essential to collaborate on business expansion strategies, stay informed about market trends and competitors, and leverage market insights to enhance the positioning of our services.
In order to excel in this role, you should possess a graduate degree in a relevant field and have proven sales experience, preferably in financial services. Additionally, certifications such as NISM 10A-10B, RA, and Investment Advisor are preferred.

Key skills required for this position include strong sales and negotiation abilities, excellent communication skills, the capacity to build and nurture client relationships, a solid understanding of investment products and market dynamics, as well as a goal-oriented mindset focused on exceeding sales targets.
