Job Description
- As a Team Leader - Sales, Trading, Stock Market at Equisense Research (SEBI Registered), you will be responsible for leading and managing a dynamic team engaged in sales, trading, and stock market activities. Your role will involve ensuring efficiency, motivation, and compliance within the team while collaborating on strategic planning, client engagement, and market analysis to drive business growth.
You will be expected to lead, mentor, and motivate a trading and wealth management team, fostering a collaborative team culture to achieve collective goals. Monitoring team performance, optimizing trading strategies, and developing strategic plans in alignment with market trends will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities.
Interacting with clients to understand their goals, providing tailored investment advice, and ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations will be essential in maintaining client engagement and regulatory adherence. Meeting sales targets, contributing to business expansion strategies, staying informed about market trends, and positioning services competitively will also be key areas of focus.
To qualify for this role, you should hold a Graduate/Post Graduate degree in a related field, have a minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in sales, trading, and the stock market, and preferably possess the NISM XV Research Analyst certification. Key skills required for this position include leadership, analytical thinking, communication, market knowledge, regulatory compliance, and client focus.

This is a full-time, permanent position within the Investments & Trading department at Equisense Research. The role falls under the Sales, trading, and stock market category and offers a day shift schedule with a performance bonus.
