Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery and validation using user research, stakeholder input, data insights, market trends and competitor benchmarking.
- Define and maintain a strategic roadmap that aligns with business goals, regulatory standards, and customer expectations.
- Write clear epics and user stories; manage the product backlog, sprint planning, and prioritization in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, QA, data, marketing, and operations to deliver high-impact features.
- Facilitate UAT, release planning, and post-launch monitoring to ensure continuous product iteration and performance.
- Monitor platform usage, run A/B tests, and use analytics tools to inform product decisions and success metrics.

Specialist Responsibilities
- Deliver stable, scalable platforms for Introducing Brokers, Asset Managers, and Affiliates, including key systems such as the Rebate Engine, MAM, and PAMM.
- Optimise the partner lifecycle journey with seamless onboarding, advanced tools, competitive incentive structures, and real-time analytics.
- Enhance partner operations by reducing manual effort and operational strain, while enabling responsive, scalable partner support.
- Deliver targeted incentives for retail clients, including loyalty programs, bonuses, and gamified reward systems.
- Optimise the client lifecycle journey with personalised offers, segmented engagement strategies, and behaviour-based rewards.
- Enhance incentive performance through real-time analytics, continuous testing to ensure fairness, compliance, and commercial impact.

Skills & Competencies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, especially around financial logic, partner tiering, and rebate structure optimization.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to align internal stakeholders and external partners around shared product goals.
- Highly organised, accountable, and able to manage complex workflows across systems and teams.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Postman, and Productboard.

- Arabic language skills are a plus.
Experience Requirments
- 6+ years in product management or a related role, with proven experience delivering scalable platforms for Introducing Brokers, Asset Managers, Affiliates, and retail trading clients.
- Hands-on experience with partnership models, including PAMM, MAM, rebate systems, and multi-tiered payout structures.
- Demonstrated success in building incentive and loyalty programs that drive user engagement
- Strong understanding of CFD trading infrastructure, trading platforms, execution models, and financial markets.
- Experience optimising partner and client lifecycle journeys through segmentation, automation, and behavioural analytics.
- Proven track record working in Agile/Scrum/Kanban environments, managing complex cross-functional initiatives with operations, UX, engineering, marketing, operations, and data teams.
