We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated person to support data entry to join our team. They will be mainly responsible to provide data entry support for onboarding clients and on our software system. High performance candidates would have an opportunity to expand their role.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Accurately input, verify, and update client information in databases, cross-checking for errors or inconsistencies.
  • Able to spotting inconsistencies, basic data organization, or admin support like file sorting.
  • Organize large data volumes for efficient retrieval, reporting, and backups.
  • Follow strict confidentiality and security protocols to protect sensitive data.
  • Use basic tools like spreadsheets, word processors, and our specialized data entry application

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High attention to detail and strong accuracy in data handling.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar; no advanced tech skills needed.
  • Ability to manage high data volumes efficiently.
  • Typing, verifying, and updating records in databases or spreadsheets with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and commitment to data privacy

Job Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science/ Finance/Accounting / Management / Business Administration

1 year of software/product related SaaS experience (a Must)

Experience in onboarding and data entry duties (a Must)

Analytical with great attention to detail

Good command of written and spoken English

Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

Independent, self-motivated, responsible and diligent

Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Able to handle remote work and setting own deadlines

Excellent skills in Excel & Word
