Job Description
- As a Finance Controller, your role will involve overseeing the financial activities of the company, particularly in a manufacturing or plant-based setting. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing cost accounting processes to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Utilizing your strong knowledge of financial reporting to provide insights for decision-making
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems to effectively manage financial data
- Demonstrating excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications & Skills required for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or commerce (CA Inter/MBA Finance preferred)
- 13 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or plant-based finance role
