Job Description
- As a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive at our company located in 4th Block Jayanagar, Bangalore, you will be a crucial part of our team and play a key role in driving sales and marketing activities. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the advertising industry. However, candidates with relevant experience from other industries are also encouraged to apply.
Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and developing new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, direct sales, networking, referrals, and market research. You will be promoting our Outdoor Advertising Services, Branding, Promotions, Corporate Events, and Allied Services to meet and exceed sales targets. Building and nurturing strong client relationships will be essential to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
In addition to sales activities, you will be expected to create customized proposals and deliver compelling presentations based on client requirements. Collaboration with internal teams is crucial to ensure the smooth and timely execution of advertising campaigns. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities will help you refine and improve sales strategies to stay ahead in the industry.
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and a goal-oriented, self-motivated attitude. Proficiency in MS Office, basic knowledge of CRM, and digital communication tools will be advantageous. Experience in the outdoor advertising industry will be a plus, but candidates with a genuine interest in transitioning to the advertising field are also welcome.
