Job Description
Job Title: Customer Success & Sales Specialist - Investment / Financial Sales
:
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing sales activities, building relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering sales training. Day-to-day tasks include identifying sales opportunities, generating leads in other geographies, managing the sales pipeline, conducting sales presentations, and supporting clients in using our platform effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Expertise in sales and sales management.
- Experience in training and supporting clients.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- MBA / Master&aposs degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 812 years of experience in the financial services industry with investment houses or FinTech companies.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Connections with Individual IFAs or MFDs required; IFA/MFD networks/groups in Mumbai will be an added advantage.
