What you will do:

• Instigate career advancement and growth among our talents, tracking talent evolution, and aiding in fulfilling career aspirations.
• Analyse and assess promotion proposals within the business setting, cultivating a strong performance culture.
• Direct managers in handling instances of low employee performance and endorse a strong feedback culture.
• Promote diversity and inclusion by leading initiatives, advocating for recognition of unconscious bias, and managing pay-related issues.
• Guide managers in executing Annual Salary Review, Off cycle budget, STV, SIP, and utilizing existing tools for recognition.
• Support leaders in valuing our purpose and philosophies, paving way for a positive employee experience and transparent job opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and influence business direction through People analytics.
