Job Description
- As a Senior Solution Integrator at Ericsson, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and technical excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare Method of Procedures (MOPs) and service delivery documentation to ensure smooth project execution.
- Deploy, configure, and verify telecom solutions, contributing directly to the successful implementation of projects.
- Support customer solution launches and troubleshoot any issues that may arise, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Provide valuable feedback for product improvement and automation, actively contributing to enhancing our solutions.
- Stay updated with product releases and actively drive delivery efficiency through your knowledge and expertise.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- 4-10 years of experience in Telecom/IT with a strong background in 5G policy, IoT/NBIoT, and DNS exposure.
- Proficiency in Dockers, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and various cloud platforms such as OpenShift, OpenStack, VMware Tanzu.
- Experience with Linux systems (specifically SUSE), RESTful APIs, SBI interfaces, and 5G DMC flows.
- Good understanding of Helm orchestration through Kubernetes for deployment purposes.
- Knowledge of operating systems like SUSE Linux and various cloud technologies (e.g., OpenShift, OpenStack, VMware Tanzu).
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Ansible, and familiar with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub.
- Solid understanding of IP networking, SNMP, NETCONF, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Familiarity with databases like Postgres, KVDB, messaging systems like Kafka, Agile methodologies, and tools like JIRA.
- Knowledge of CNCF, TOSCA standards, and solution integration interfaces.
- Experience with protocol analyzers like Wireshark would be considered a plus.
