Job Description
- As an Australian Energy Process Customer Support Associate/Telecaller/Telemarketer, you will be responsible for handling outbound calls to international clients during the morning shift at our office location in Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata. We are seeking confident individuals with excellent English communication skills to join our team.
Both experienced professionals and freshers with good communication abilities are encouraged to apply. Candidates should be comfortable interacting with customers, maintaining leads, and providing accurate information to management.
Key Job Criteria:
- Fluency in English communication
- Ability to handle international clients
- Willingness to work in the morning shift at our office location
- Age between 18-27 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Research, track, maintain, and update leads
- Make outgoing calls to develop new business
- Provide accurate and timely information to management
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company's products and services
