Job role: Jr. PRODUCT MANAGER

Location: KolkataExperience: 4-6 Years 
Responsibility

1. Product Strategy and Planning:Assist in defining the product vision, roadmap, and strategy in alignment with company goals.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements.2. Product Development and Delivery:Work with engineering, design, and QA teams to prioritize and deliver features on time.Create and manage detailed product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Ensure smooth and efficient sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.3. Stakeholder Communication:Act as a liaison between business teams, customers, and development teams.Provide regular updates on product progress, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.4. Customer Focus:Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance the product's value and usability.Monitor product performance post-launch and identify areas for improvement.5. Data-Driven Decision Making:Leverage analytics tools to monitor KPIs and inform product decisions.Propose solutions backed by quantitative and qualitative data.
Qualification & Skills

Proven ability to manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholdersFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and practices.Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
