SCCM / Intune Administrator

Responsibilities:

System Configuration and Maintenance: Configure and maintain the SCCM environment, ensuring it is optimized for performance and up-to-date with patches and updates.

Software Deployment: Create, test, and deploy software applications across the organization, ensuring compatibility and user requirements are met.

Patch Management: Manage and deploy security patches, monitor installations, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Knowledge of Third-Party patching and vulnerability scanning.

Operating System Deployment (OSD): Automate the installation of operating systems on new devices and manage upgrades for existing systems.

Device Management: Monitor and ensure compliance of devices with security policies, track inventory, and provide technical support.

Security and Compliance: Implement security policies, conduct vulnerability assessments, and monitor system logs to protect organizational data.

Intune:

Device Management: Administer and manage mobile devices and applications using Microsoft Intune, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Application Deployment: Create, test, and deploy applications across various platforms (Windows, iOS, Android) using Intune.

Policy Configuration: Develop and implement device configuration policies, compliance policies, and security settings to protect corporate data.

User Support: Provide tier 2 and 3 support for Intune-related issues, assisting users with device enrollment and troubleshooting.

Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor device compliance and performance, generating reports to track deployment status and compliance metrics.

Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams to integrate Intune with other Microsoft services and ensure seamless user experiences.

Security Management: Implement security measures such as conditional access, data loss prevention, and mobile application management.

Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of SCCM with existing systems.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in SCCM administration, including software and patch deployment in a corporate environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SCCM architecture, Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking concepts. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting is a plus.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.

Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and end-users effectively.
