SaT - TCF - Financial Diligence :

We help corporates, private equity, governments, sovereign wealth funds, private and family businesses, and educational institutions with their key financial issues. From portfolio review and capital allocation processes to financial planning analytics and decision support, we have the people, analytics and tools to better allocate capital. Our team helps clients manage their risk/return trade-offs to support them with better decision-making around financing and capital efficiency.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Perform in-depth financial analysis of target companies, including revenue, expenses, and profitability assessments.

Prepare comprehensive due diligence reports that summarize findings, highlight key risks, and provide actionable insights for clients.

Create and deliver presentation materials for client meetings, summarizing key findings and strategic recommendations.

Mentor and train junior associates, fostering their development in financial analysis and due diligence methodologies.
Proficiency in excel and power point.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

Chartered Accountant

Experience

Post qualification experience of 1-3 years in FDD or audit domain
