The purpose of this role is to scope and cost AMS Solutions, staff AMS teams, and have expertise in various commercial models and solutions based on those models. As a leader of Managed Services, you will provide direction and strategies for growing the firm's AMS demand. Your responsibilities include building, developing, and managing service delivery and support teams, assisting in proposal creation and client presentations, and working with stakeholders to position EY assets effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Costing AMS solutions for new and existing clients
- Staffing AMS teams and building solutions based on commercial models
- Leading technical teams to deliver quality services
- Creating and delivering engaging presentations
- Managing external resource providers and vendor contacts
- Leading teams for designing, building, and operating AMS solutions
Skills and Attributes for Success:
- Experience in delivering large teams in an onshore-offshore model
- Stakeholder expectation management
- Designing and delivering support solutions in line with best practices
- Instilling a high-performance culture focused on teamwork and service excellence
- Identifying and implementing changes to support new service offerings
- People capability development and management
Qualifications:
- 18+ years of AMS solutioning from a top-tier Global Outsourcing services provider

- High-level understanding of Application Architecture
- Experience in managed services deal creation
- Excellent communication, influencing, and customer management skills
- Certification in ITIL, TOGAF is preferred
