Objectives:
- Support the Product Manager with monthly product reports, data analytics for portfolio analysis.
- Support in developing growth initiatives using data analytics and provide critical insights to sales and product teams around trends in sales, orders, margins, pricing, opportunity funnel, etc.
- Develop custom dashboards on PowerBI / Excel to support product and sales teams
- Support customer intelligence activities such as share of wallet analysis, new opportunity funnel analysis, account plan support, etc.
- Support VP of Marketing with market intelligence activities for the region
- Identify price leakage and opportunities for strategic pricing through data
- Work with the Product Management (PM) team to manage and update the resource planning system, to ensure the product data and information is current and accurate.
- Working with the PM team, set up all new product ranges in the system to support the New Product Introduction process in line with the Project timescales.
- React promptly to all system updates & maintenance requests from the Product Manager and Pricing, Supply chain and Operations teams
- Support in maintenance of product hierarchy in the ERP systems
- Support channel marketing team in creating product content for ecommerce customers
- Work with Customer Service, Operations, Pricing, Sales and Supply Chain teams to discuss continuous process improvement.
- Support in SKU rationalization efforts - manage and remove obsolete products/options.
- Complete all works necessary to support price increases.
- Work with Marketing Communications team and Product Managers to improve information accuracy and availability on ESAB websites in North America
- Support in other key product management initiatives related to strategy, new program launches, manufacturing projects, etc.
- Degree in industrial engineering or similar
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in data analysis and modeling

- 4 - 7 years of experience in business analytics
- Experience with SAP a strong plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Knowledge of product data administration, product marketing
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
