What The Role Needs To Achieve
We are seeking an experienced and driven Purchase Head to join our dynamic team and oversee the procurement activities for our Data Center Services. As the Purchase Head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services required for our Data Center Operations.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for data center services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible pricing and terms for data center equipment, software, and services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as IT, operations, and finance teams, to identify and prioritize procurement needs.
• Manage vendor relationships, including conducting vendor performance evaluations and resolving any issues or disputes that may arise.
• Monitor market trends and changes in the data center services industry to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Implement and maintain procurement systems and tools to streamline the procurement process and improve efficiency.
• Analyze and report on key procurement metrics, such as cost savings, vendor performance, and contract compliance, to management.
• Should be responsible for Procurement related Compliances of Data Centers in India.
• Create and implement best practice purchasing vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance.
• Responsible for complete purchase lifecycle management and pricing strategy for trading.
• Cash flow management and process orders/bulk purchase accordingly.
• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the Data Center Services industry.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices and market trends.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, masters degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 15 Years relevant Industry Experience of which at least 5 Years experience in Data Centre Company.
• Honest & Highest Level of Integrity.
• Experience in Technology company having 200 Crs & above turnovers.
